- Ordering clothes online sometimes will have a few small details on the clothes that are not as expected, so when preparing the budget, you can save some extra money in case there are edits when trying on. Don't worry though, this is very rare, but I need to tell you first.
- If you have plenty of time left after receiving the outfit, you can send it back for us to repair for free and you only have to pay the shipping fee.
- We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged in transit.

– We also accept custom veils for brides in need and embroider text on the veil upon request.
– For veil embroidered small name, will be free. If you would like a long name embroidered on the same wedding day or a separate line, please contact us for a quote.
– Please fill in some basic information such as your phone number so that the shipping company can contact you when delivering, your wedding date so that we can expedite the delivery if you need it urgently, and please contact us. Contact in advance to be able to add appropriate shipping costs.
